Great results, released per MEB's stated timelines and the confirmatory study also starting this month per the stated timelines. Furthermore, "The MACH-3 study assessed diagnostic performance under more challenging requirements, based upon important modifications to the study design recommended by the FDA during the 2016 Pre-Submission meeting". This should hopefully mean the study design for the confirmatory study will be similar but with increased sample size i.e. less change in testing criteria should conceptually result in less change to the results.
From the latest quarterly report: "In addition, we are in the process of completing the registration and application process for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contracts, which will enable the Company to conduct business with the U.S. federal government, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Department of Defense."
Also now we have Dr Adam Darkins on the Board: "Thereafter, already renowned for his ability to utilise new information and telecommunication technologies to empower patients, increase access to care and reduce cost, he gained widespread US and international recognition for his leadership of telehealth programs at the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). At VA he developed health informatics, telehealth and disease management technologies to enhance and extend care and case management."
Also this week will be interesting with RAP announcing its results (not trying to cross promote but relevant I think for MEB holders) as we may see new shareholders also looking for the next big thing in Telemedicine/Telehealth. And, by comparison the MEB Board is already stacked with high-profile well connected US medical individuals, which I think we have Jack to thank for. Interesting times ahead with the results further derisking MEB.
