Nice summary @13th i have never doubted the product nor the potential of the product that’s why I chose to be heavily invested. My main concern was and is the management of the company and some colorful identities that have been associated with the company. It’s had battles internally that until today we still don’t really know what exactly happened. I’m hoping with the change of management that obviously things differ however one thing that got me worried was the way the partly paid share issue was dealt with. It was quashed pretty quickly noting that solicitors deemed that the agreement wasn’t valid etc. I would like to ask, if the companies share price was $1 would the agreement then still be deemed invalid?
