Investors need to be careful re unintended misinformation here.

There is absolutely no issue with MEB data relating to research ready data whatesoever re the company's requirements for submissions, commercialisation etc... My understanding is that everything collected over many years and particularly the more "relevant" data collected over more recent times is absolutely fine. 100%.

Whether there were any issues going back many years ago is irrelevant as that data is not what the company needs or is working with given the evolution of the product.
