I only commentated on the wording of the ASX release in response to previous writer's commentary. I think you are projecting more into my comments than required.
What you wrote: "Its designed to provide objective testing to assist with the diagnosis of mental conditions." describes a diagnostic aid. That is not what the ASX release stated.
Moreover, as I later learnt it's not what was stated on the CE Mark Certificate which was "Depression Diagnostic Aid V1.0 Class11a"
One must wonder why the ASX release did not state this as CEO/ MD Jack Cosentino said on the same release: “Acquiring CE Marking represents the successful completion of a lengthy and thorough evaluation process, and marks an important threshold for the company. We are pleased to have delivered against this key milestone."
WTF? What has Depression Diagnostic Aid to do with stress-level phenotypes? Could this ASX release be regarded as materially misleading?
