There hasn’t been an update made regarding where it’s at. The writ of summons was issued in June to the Supreme Court of Western Australia over a joint venture dispute with the company. But us long term shareholders are use to that. We don’t get many updates on a lot of things. We lost our last CEO who was so highly talked about in taking the company to great heights and then all of sudden gone for no reason ofcourse.
