Thanks for that ... while David did heaps to right the sinking ship in the short time he was at the helm, it makes sense...
With the FDA submission now pushed out to late 2020 , the focus being now on Ilumen and the potential contracts/revenue achievable in the shorter term it would also make it clear why the three recently appointed directors were no longer necessary to be kept.
