@gregbro Ok here goes a 10:1 register change means a consolidation,
So if you have 100 shares currently valued 1.2c per share your share value is $1.20
.....and after a 10:1 you now have 1 share for every 10 you previously owned but ...each share should be worth you guessed it 12c instead of 1.2c to total a value of $1.20

but next feb14 to have a share at 5X your share value today ,
it means that your single share will be worh 6c ( 50% less than it is today)
And that is what@StockDebater was cynically confident about.
All IMO is what he should have added.
