I hear you on MCL deal viewpoint and more I think about it we must remember ASX put pressure on QBL to resolve this and hence AK and other non listed shareholders of MCL held the bargaining power......I would agree that certainly one can say they are getting a great deal as certainly no discount offered to them....and which could be warranted given what QBL contributed to increasing the value of MCL...

But I think really we need to move on from this as seems majority of shareholders will vote to approve the deal and in part probably because they realise risks of this deal not proceeding a greater risk - I tend to agree. What one has to hope from here is more similar good announcements like one yesterday for 'significant milestones' will continue.

Despite where share price ended today, I am much more comfortable holding than selling at this point cf 2 days ago where I was!
