To answer this question Yes Medcan does have a ODC Production License which is stated in QBLs announcement (page 3) Company Transformation, have a read on what else Medcan also has already acquired. It is noted aswell that they have Development Approval on the Cannabis Cultivation and Production Facility in which QBL will fund the money for,
