Ann: Medicinal Cannabis Investment Update, page-480

hi all CMY enthusiasts, could someone that has well researched the proposed MM investment please explain to me what CMY will potentially end up with in respects to ownership, dilution and how many companies there will be at the end of the proposed transaction/s.

I have quickly researched the requested but i am confused as to what is actually going on here but certainly would like to know more and appreciate any input more researched have.
