    "Under the settlement;  BCC has agreed to pay Capital the sum of C$250,000.00 to finalise the matter; and  Capital (or its subsidiaries) will retain the rights to negotiate an investment in BCC for a period of 90 days following the execution of the settlement agreement. "

    That probably means end of story at this stage.
