Yes we can import from Canopy but that only make Auscann a 'distributor' company for Canopy. To make bucks, the idea here is to cultivate, manufacture and sell their own product for greater profit. Surely you would want Auscann to be the 'blackmores' in Australia MM industry and the obvious competitor now is Cann Group. I think it is important for these two companies to get their own product first on the shelves, if they wish to lead the Australian market. I know the whole MM sector is still at early stage but everyday there are more cannabis company emerging, it is getting competitive.
