I reckon a lot of the 1c stock was distributed today with more to come when the next 40m are issued and another 3B is released probably this week. Then more again next month when loans are converted. Not much cash until the next round of funding? Like I mentioned earlier, well timed by the director, probably to get his clients and shareholders a quick exit with 100-200% profit.
