Certainly seems that way, he might be good at business but not at actually trading side of it, I would offer my services to trade our way out of HVT rather than just dump at low prices. We got pretty screwed on the Phyto sale, 8160161 shares + $1 million in CAD = was meant to equal $8 mill.
Well take off 1 mill in CAD (which I havent actually seen anywhere that its been paid to us yet, how come te shares come through at a price which was months ago yet the money has not.)
Therefore the 8 160 161 shares should of been worth 7 mill. As of close yesterday were worth $4 896 000
Basically we got paid the shares at a price of .86 CAD a share, yesterdays close was .60
