I would say the institutions wanted it at 30% discount. I imagine those in the industry know what asx listed pot companies are going to be the winners. Not all ASX listed cannabis stocks will be. It will be the ones that are authenticated and validated through vast body of work and research. Medical Cannabis is the largest growing industry over the next 5 years apparently. Of course there is going to be SP manipulation before value is unlocked, and MDC is not immune to that unfortunately. DYOR
