I had a look here for the delisted company MDC has been declared worthless. but these guys seem to be charging $150 to give our shares to them so they can declare it as worthless and we could claim tax loss. That's how I understood, please correct me if I am wrong. In any case I am not doing that. Loss and then $150 on top of that? no thanks. Just sent email to my broker Stake, awaiting to hear. Will have to contact ATO then.
