It indicates they never intended to take it to phase 3. Phase 2 readout was 2020. They did absolutely nothing but pilfer and pillage the cash and company assets for over 3 years from phase 2 readout. How could they do nothing for an entire 3.5 years and claim they tried. Imo they used shareholder funds to advance nanocelle to a point just prior to commercialisation and run off with the prize.

Be interesting to see how much cash they burnt post phase 2 readout... and on what... nothing
