Sean has said several times that the intent with Medlab is not to sell it off. Whilst I agree with you that a JV may be a potential, I also believe the skill sets are there on the board and within their teams and the funding will come without the need for one. In saying that, partnering with GW Pharma wouldn't hurt though. Unless the takeover is for $10. I won't sell.
Revenue stream is increasing and should reduce the amount of future capital required. In the General meeting Ann they advise further Dilution amounts. pg 10 or 11 from memory. Still currently under 300,000,000 on the register and as we see from the trading volumes there is plenty of wiggle room for further dilution without becoming another billion share + Co on the ASX. There was 9mil in the kitty at the end of June quarter with a further 2mil in a banking facility. A bit over 5 quarters of funding so I am expecting a CR either 1stQ 2021
