    Is this a positive? Medtronics doesn't appear to be in the top 20. Ms Lesenfants doesn't sound like a rookie looking to gain a few board seats to broaden her experience or wind down into retirement. She would have to resign before Medtronics made a bid for the company, if that ever comes to pass. Watching brief?
