This has to be the most undervalue biotech stock on the ASX in my opinionA $10m MC , $7.5M EV bio with a human clinical trial in process and a second one due to begin imminently is easily half to one third it's fair value as I see things.
Plus the positive animal trials and other verticals. While these should add value, I wonder if they don't ironically cheapen the stock in the eyes of investors. I feel that if this was a pure human biotech, price and market interest may be higher.
Anyway, they have $2.5m in cash so enough for the short term. But next time they raise will be hopefully when trials are further progressed, at a much higher valuation and with a hot broker who can get market eyes on the stock.
I think the market will wake up to the opportunity here eventually. The microbiome, and irritable bowel are both hot sectors. The gut microbiome is about to get hotter and will be front and centre with ASX microcap punters when Cannacord Biome IPOs soon. This Could flow over to ANR as it shines a per comparison spotlight on ANR 's cheapness.
