I also received a call, at night after business hours. Weird, and unprofessional I thought.
I suppose it is a bit hard to get investors to part with more cash after you have already blown 90% of what they originally invested.
The caller said if I didn't participate my holding would be diluted. My reply was "how do you dilute water?"
