MEETING: AIA: AIA Shareholder Poll Results for Auckland Airport
The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited
was held at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre today. All resolutions put
to the meeting were passed by shareholders. Full details of the polls
conducted are set out below.
Justine Smyth was elected to the board. She was appointed a director of the
company in July 2012.
John Brabazon was re-elected to the board. He was appointed a director of the
company in 2007.
Richard Didsbury was re-elected to the board. He was appointed a director of
the company in 2007.
The total quantum of Directors' fees was increased by $36,120.00 from
$1,290,000 to $1,326,120.
Deloitte was automatically reappointed as auditor under section 200 of the
Companies Act 1993 and confirmed as the company's auditor. Directors were
authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
