Friday 28 September 2012 at 2.00pm.

Directors Nominations
Nominations for the position of director may be made from today Monday 30
July until 5pm on Monday 13 August 2012. Nominations must be made in writing
by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting, and should
be directed to the Company Secretary at Air New Zealand, Private Bag 92007,
Auckland 1142.
