held at the Museum of Transport and Technology, (MOTAT) Aviation Display
Hall, Meola Road, Western Springs, Auckland on Friday 27 September 2013 at
2.00pm.

Directors Nominations
Nominations for the position of director may be made from today Friday 2
August until 5pm on Monday 19 August 2013. Nominations must be made in
writing by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting, and
should be directed to the Company Secretary at Air New Zealand, Private Bag
