MEETING: AIR: Resolutions passed at Annual Meeting - Director Independenc
Air New Zealand is pleased to advise that the following resolutions were
passed at its Annual Meeting of shareholders today in Auckland.
Resolution 1: Re-election of Antony Carter as a director
Resolution 2: Re-election of Dr James Fox as a director
Resolution 3: Election of Robert Jager as a director
The Board has determined in accordance with NZSX Listing Rules 3.3.2 and
3.3.3(a) that each of the following directors is an Independent Director:
John Palmer
Roger France
Jim Fox
Jan Dawson
Tony Carter
Paul Bingham
Rob Jager
Following a resolution of directors, Antony Carter has been elected as
Chairman of the Board of Air New Zealand Limited with effect from the
conclusion of today's meeting.
