MEETING: AUG: DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
The company will be holdings its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 2pm
on Thursday 15 August 2013 at The Northern Club, 19 Princes Street, Auckland.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the company advises that the
closing date for Director Nominations is 24 June 2013. All nominations must
be made by 4pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
