MEETING: AUG: Director Nominations

The company will be holding its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 2pm on
Wednesday 19 August 2015 at The Northern Club, 19 Princes Street, Auckland.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the company advises that the
closing date for Director Nominations is Monday 13 July 2015. All nominations
must be made by 4pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting, and should be addressed to:
