Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Nomination of Directors

Barramundi Limited advises that its Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held
on Thursday 17 October 2013 at the Ellerslie Event Centre, Auckland.  The
time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice
of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in September 2013.

Barramundi Limited advises that the closing date for director nominations to
be considered for election at the meeting is 6 September 2013.

Nominations must be received by 5pm on the closing date and should be
addressed to the Chief Financial Officer, Barramundi Limited, PO Box 33 549,
Takapuna, Auckland 0740 or delivered to the registered office at Level 1,
67-73 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting, and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the
person nominated.
