Barramundi Limited is pleased to advise that the following resolutions were
passed at its annual meeting of shareholders held today in Auckland:

 Resolution 1: Re-election of Carmel Fisher as a director

 Resolution 2: Fix auditor's remuneration

 Resolution 3: Increase directors' fees by $5k per annum
