Contact Energy Limited - 2012 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held in
Auckland at the Ellerslie Event Centre on Wednesday, 17 October 2012. The
time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice
of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders.
The closing date for director nominations is Tuesday, 21 August 2012. All
nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at
the meeting, and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person
nominated.
Any nominations should be directed to the General Counsel and Company
Secretary at Contact Energy Limited, PO Box 10742, The Terrace, Wellington
