Notice is hereby given that the 94th annual meeting of The Colonial Motor
Company Limited will be held in the Company's registered office at Level 1,
89 Courtenay Place, Wellington, New Zealand on Friday, 2 November 2012
commencing at 11:00 a.m.
The notice of meeting is being mailed to shareholders in the 2012 annual
report with a form to appoint a proxy or corporate representative to attend
