Notice is hereby given that the 96th annual meeting of The Colonial Motor
Company Limited will be held in the Company's registered office at Level 1,
89 Courtenay Place, Wellington, New Zealand on Friday, 7 November 2014
commencing at 11:00 a.m.
The notice of meeting is being mailed the shareholders in the 2014 annual
report with a form to appoint a proxy or corporate representative to attend
the meeting. Proxy forms must reach the registered office no later than
11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 5 November 2014, being 48 hours before the scheduled
commencement of the meeting.
