Annual General Meeting and Director nominations
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (CRP) will hold its 2014 Annual Meeting of
shareholders on 23 July 2014. Further details will be advised in the Notice
of Meeting in due course.
For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2, CRP advises that the opening
date for nominations for directors is today, 23 June 2014. The closing date
for nominations for directors will be 7 July 2014. All nominations must be
received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting. Nominations should be addressed to:
