Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited has provided NZX with a copy of its notice of
meeting for the Special Meeting to be held on 24 September 2012 at 12pm at
the offices of Duncan Cotterill Lawyers in Wellington as well as an
independent advisors report prepared by Simmons Corporate Finance Limited.
