Comvita (NZX: CVT) wishes to advise the market of the outcome of the
resolutions put to its Annual Shareholder Meeting on the 24 July 2014.

Resolution 1 - Reports and Financial Statements
Result: Passed.

Resolution 2 - Appointment and Remuneration of Auditors
Result: Passed.

Resolutions 3-6 - Director's Elections
The following Director's were elected:
- Mr Neil John Craig
- Mr Maurice John Prendergast
- Mr Edward (Ed) Joseph Quilty
- Mr Lucas (Luke) Nicholas Elias Bunt

Resolution 7 - Director's Remuneration
Result: Passed.
