MEETING: CVT: Comvita Limited Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Comvita Limited advises that:

1. The Annual Meeting is to be held on Thursday 23 July 2015 at a time and
venue to be advised in the forthcoming Notice of Meeting;

2. In accordance with NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the opening date for
nominations as a Director is Wednesday 3 June 2015 and the closing date for
nominations is
Wednesday 17 June 2015, 5pm.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by consent, in writing, from the
nominated person.
