Results of 2013 Annual Meeting
Delegat's Group Limited announces the results of the resolutions put to
shareholders at the Annual Meeting, held on 5th December 2013 in Auckland.
The resolutions, as detailed below, were passed by a show of hands:-
1. Re-election of Mr Robert Wilton as a director of the Company;
2. Re-election of Ms Jane Freeman as a director of the Company; and
Determination of Director Independence
In accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, the board has determined that Jane
Freeman and Alan Jackson are Independent Directors.
