Results of 2014 Annual Meeting
Delegat Group Limited announces the results of the resolutions put to
shareholders at the Annual Meeting, held on 2nd December 2014 in Auckland.
The resolutions, as detailed below, were passed by a show of hands:-
1. Re-election of Mr Jim Delegat as a director of the Company;
2. Re-election of Dr Alan Jackson as a director of the Company; and
Determination of Director Independence
In accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, the board has determined that Jane
Freeman and Alan Jackson are Independent Directors.
