MEETING: DGL: DGL - Results of the 2015 Annual Meeting
RESULTS OF 2015 ANNUAL MEETING
Delegat Group Limited announces the results of the resolutions put to
shareholders at the Annual Meeting, held on the 1st of December 2015 in
Auckland.
The resolutions, as detailed below, were passed by a show of hands:-
1. Re-election of Rosamari Delegat as a Director of the Company;
2. Re-election of Robert Wilton as a Director of the Company; and
Determination of Director Independence
In accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, the board has determined that Jane
Freeman and Dr Alan Jackson are Independent Directors.
