EBOS GROUP LIMITED (EBO) ADVISES:

Full Year Profit Announcement
EBOS will announce its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2014 to the
Market on Wednesday, 27 August 2014.

AGM
EBOS will be holding its 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on
Friday, 31 October 2014, in Christchurch, the venue and time will be advised
in the Notice of Meeting.

Directors Nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the opening date for nominations
of directors is 15 August 2014 and the closing date is 1 September 2014.  All
nominations must be received by 4pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to:
