Fletcher Building advises that the 2015 annual shareholders' meeting will be
held in the Auckland Room, Level 4, SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre, 88
Federal Street, Auckland at 10.30 am on Tuesday 17 November 2015.

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 24 of
the Company's Constitution, the period for nomination of directors opens
today Monday 17 August 2015 and will remain open until 5.00 pm on Thursday 17
September 2015.
