MEETING: FIN: Notice of Director Nomination Dates

We wish to advise that in respect of the opening date for director
nominations is 7 May 2012 and that the closing date for director nominations
is 20 June 2012.

We also advise that Finzsoft annual meeting is scheduled for 9.30 am, Tuesday
21st August 2012, at Finzsoft Solutions Limited premises.
