2012 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND PROXY FORM

Auckland, New Zealand, 31 July 2012 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation
Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) has provided a copy of its 2012 Notice of Annual
Shareholders' Meeting which will be held at the Guineas Ballroom, Ellerslie
Convention Centre, Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday, 22 August 2012
commencing at 3.00pm.
