MEETING: FSF: Results Announcements for the 2014 FSF Election

Fonterra Shareholders' Fund is pleased to announce that the following
resolution was passed at its Annual Meeting of unit holders held in Auckland
today.

Resolution 1:  Pip Dunphy was re-elected as a director.
