MEETING: FSF: Results of the 2013 FSF Annual Meeting of Unit Holders

Fonterra Shareholders' Fund is pleased to announce that the following
resolution was passed at its Annual Meeting of Unit holders held in Auckland
today.

Resolution 1:  Kim Ellis was re-elected as a director

In addition, in terms of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the Board has determined
that the following directors are Independent Directors.
