REL: 0830 HRS Goodman Property Trust
MEETING: GMT: GMT Notice of Meeting
The Annual Meeting of Goodman Property Trust Unitholders is to be held at
1:30 pm on Tuesday 5 August 2014. The venue for the meeting is the Waipuna
Highbrook Conference Centre, 60 Highbrook Drive, Highbrook Business Park,
East Tamaki, Auckland.
The meeting will review the recent performance of the Trust and consider the
current business outlook. Unitholder approval of certain new fee initiatives,
requiring changes to GMT's Trust Deed, will also be sought.
The Notice of Meeting, which explains the extraordinary resolution in further
detail, is being mailed to Unitholders today. It has also been provided to
NZX.
The Independent Directors recommend that Unitholders vote in favour of the
resolution.
Unitholders can vote either in person at the meeting on 5 August 2014 or by
appointing a proxy to vote and returning the Voting and Proxy Form
accompanying the Notice of Meeting on or before Saturday 2 August 2014.
