Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited advises that its annual meeting will be
held on 10 December 2014 at Rydges Latimer, 30 Latimer Square, Christchurch.

In accordance with NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 the company advises that the
opening date for director nominations will be Friday, 17 October 2014 and the
closing date for director nominations will be 5.00pm on Monday, 3 November
2013.

Only persons who meet the requirements set out in the constitution of the
company, and the Companies Act 1993 are eligible to become directors of
Hallenstein Glasson Holdings.
