Change in date for 2015 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations reopened

Change of date for Annual Meeting
Heartland New Zealand Limited ("Heartland") (NZX: HNZ) advises that it has
changed the date for its Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will now be held
on Friday 11 December 2015 at Novotel Ellerslie, 72-112 Greenlane Road East,
Auckland at 1.30pm (and not on Friday 6 November 2015 as previously advised).
Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of
Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course.
Reopening of Director Nominations
The period for director nominations has been reopened to reflect the change
of date for Heartland's Annual Meeting. The closing date for director
nominations will be Monday 12 October 2015. All nominations must be received
by 5.00pm on the closing date. Any nominations received during the
nomination period up to 5.00pm on 8 September 2015 will remain valid.
Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote
at the meeting, and should be accompanied by the consent in writing of the
person nominated.
Any nominations should be directed to the Company Secretary at Heartland, PO
Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149.
