ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS 2015
The following resolutions were put to shareholders of ikeGPS Group Limited
(NZX:IKE) at its Annual Meeting held on July 29 2015:
1. That the Directors are authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditor.
2. That Mr. Frederick Lax, appointed by the Board as an additional Director
on 21 July 2014, be elected as a Director of ikeGPS Group Limited.
3. That Mr. Peter Britnell, retiring from office as a Director of ikeGPS
Group Limited by rotation, be re-elected as a Director of IkeGPS Group
Limited.
All of the above resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
