MEETING: IKE: Date of Annual General Meeting and director nominations

ikeGPS Group Limited (NZE: IKE) will hold its Annual General Meeting on
Wednesday July 29 2015 in Wellington
For the purpose of NZX Main Board / Debt Market Listing Rule 3.3.5 the period
for the nomination of directors opens today and will remain open until 5.00PM
(New Zealand time) on 10 July 2015.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual General Meeting.
All nominations must be received by the Company Secretary by 5.00PM, (New
Zealand time) on 10 July 2015.
